Last night stunk. Blah blah blah. New day and there is a 10:05pm EST game to focus on. Julian Tavarez v Danny Harden. I like our odds.
For those of you following the PawSox (or even if you’re just following Jon Lester’s and/or Mike Timlin’s rehab) – due to a rainout yesterday, there’s a double-header in Norfolk today. Lester starts the first game and Timlin, supposedly, starts the second. First game starts at 12:15pm EST and you can go to the PawSox site and listen to the games or go to the Minor League Baseball site and ‘watch’ it on GameDay.
A good way to get baseball all day long!
And, a nice start to the morning for Red Sox fans can be found here . Allen Lessels of the Union Leader has a nice piece on the makeup of this team. It is certain to help dull the pain of last night, if you’re one of the folks feeling it. And if you aren’t, it will reinforce your feelings of ‘this team will bounce back and fast’, just as it did mine.
