What a wonderful day it was! Special thanks to Kelly O for letting me tag along! I didn’t get autographs, but THAT gave me the chance to talk to the players while Kelly was getting her photos signed (and gave me the chance to get some photos too!).
Points of interest – Nick Hagadone and Ryan Kalish looked a little intimidated all day (yet were perfectly nice with everyone!). Their table-mate, Bubba Bell had no such worries, apparently. I guess when your name is Bubba, dealing with people comes easily! And Justin Masterson, well, let’s just say that he has this fan thing down pat. Smiling all day, posing for pictures, writing personal notes on autographs. Kid is GOOD.

Michael Bowden and Jon Lester posed for a photo. Bowden seemed very happy to be there. Lester was his usual, reserved self.
Bubba Bell. The way the table that he, Hagadone and Kalish sat at was set up, it was tough to get really good pictures of them. But Bubba has a great profile, no?
