8:29pm: Even though Mike Sweeney seemingly owns him, the first inning ended relatively uneventfully (two strikeouts is nice)….here’s hoping our offense gives him the help he freaking needs.
(As an aside, is Kansas City where old players go to fade away and young players go to have any hopes of playing on a playoff-contention team dashed?)
