Bronson won two awards last night from the Cincinnati chapter of the Baseball Writers Association of America.
Even though he was in Connecticut last night, he ‘took home’ the Johnny Vander Meer Award as the Reds’ outstanding pitcher and the Joe Nuxhall Good Guy Award.
Tonight begins my ‘Bronsonpalooza’ weekend! It’s nice to be reading so many local articles about Bronson again.
Yes…I still wish he was playing in Boston. This will always be the one thing I’ll never forgive Theo.
But lamenting that is for another day. For a couple of nights I can pretend he’s still ‘ours’.
It’ll be a fun weekend and I’m sure there will be pictures a plenty!
